Meet Ravindran Raman Kutty
Ravindran Raman Kutty, an accredited PR Practitioner with an MA in Communications and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia (IPRM), has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Communications. Additionally, he is a professional trainer certified by HRD Corp.
He has received numerous accolades, including the ASEAN Public Relations Network (APRN) Accredited Fellowship Award. Ravindran's achievements range from serving as the former President of the LA21 Award-winning Bandar Sri Damansara Residents Association (BSDRA) to his current role as Principal Director of Stratcomm Consult along with serving as the Treasurer for IPRM.
His notable accomplishments include receiving the Certificate of Acceptance into the Direktori Pakar Industri Negara (DPIN) - Directory of National Industry Experts from the Ministry of Human Resources in 2014 and being awarded the IRPM’s Best PR Practitioner in the utility services category in 2004. Ravindran played a crucial role in achieving the ACCA and Crystal Award for Alam Flora in 2004.
His career has been marked by extensive travel, including promoting Malaysia during his time in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER) and managing the Pengerang Petroleum Integrated Complex (PIPC) crisis in Johor under PEMANDU (MPRC). Furthermore, he was instrumental in establishing Northport (M) Bhd as a prominent brand in Malaysia from 2006 to 2010.

Ravindran is highly regarded as a sought-after speaker in Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Communications, both locally and internationally. His involvement extends to serving on the Industry Advisory Panel at Taylors University College, the external Advisory Committee (EAC) Department of Communications, Sunway University and contributing as a columnist to publications such as Sin Chew Jit Poh and The Vibes.
Additionally, he has authored articles for The Malay Mail, The Star, Bernama, The Sun, Sinar Harian and Berita Harian.
Meet Adeline
Adeline De Cruz, our Associate Consultant specializing in crisis communications, brings over 30 years of expertise in Corporate Communications. A HRD Corp Certified Trainer, she holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Malaya. Adeline is also a member of the Institute of Public Relations Malaysia (IPRM).
Her diverse career spans media campaigns, conference management, and stakeholder relations across industries such as infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and IT. Beginning as a junior economics reporter, she went on to roles at the Malaysian Insurance Institute and the Institute of Strategic & International Studies Malaysia, where she organized international conferences and conducted economic research.
Adeline’s professional journey includes stints at ASTROTV, a boutique PR agency, and her own consultancy, Chaya True Communicate. In these roles, she led media campaigns, managed stakeholder engagement, and delivered high-profile events. She also played a pivotal role in large-scale infrastructure projects, including Malaysia’s MRT lines, overseeing public communications and stakeholder relations for contractors.
